I have a shiny new layout. I AM SO RUSTY AT CSS YOU GUYS, IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY. Seriously, I used to change my layout constantly. I've never made a layout from scratch by myself, but I used to know enough to be able to customize "pre-made custom layouts," for want of a better term, to the extent of my satisfaction.
